Roles and Permissions in Alpharun
Every teammate in Alpharun is assigned one of three roles: Editor, Reviewer, or Team Member. Each role controls what that person can see and change, so everyone gets the access they need to do their job.
Editor
Editors have full access to Alpharun, including playbooks, integrations, settings, and teammate management. This role is usually held by a small group of admins who own how Alpharun is set up for your organization.
Reviewer
Reviewers are typically managers, team leads, and QA. They can review calls, scores, and coaching across the whole team, and they can view playbooks, reports, and settings. Reviewers can't change configuration, so your setup stays consistent while leaders focus on coaching.
Team Member
Team Members are your agents. They can see their own calls, scores, and coaching, so they always know where they stand and what to work on next.

Changing a teammate's role
Only Editors can change roles, because role assignment is part of teammate management. If you need different access, reach out to an Editor in your organization.
