Getting Started with Alpharun
How Alpharun Helps Reps Improve Results
Weekly coaching goals
Every Monday, Alpharun sends reps a short email with the one opportunity to work on that week, plus brief check-ins Wednesday and Friday. That opportunity is the one most likely to move your conversion rate, and each note includes:
an example of what you are doing today, in your own words from a real call
actionable feedback on what to change or what to try instead
an example of a teammate who does this well
Ask Alpharun
Use Ask Alpharun to learn on your own. It works like ChatGPT or Gemini, but it has access to your team's calls. Click the top right corner of any page and ask questions the way you would ask a colleague.
Coaching
"I want to improve on this criterion. Who on the team consistently does it well, and what are they doing? Give me examples."
"What objections am I not overcoming on my calls, and how are others handling them? Give me examples."
Call prep
"Summarize the conversation I had with this caller last week."
"What reservations did this caller bring up on our last call?"
Follow-up
"Help me draft an email with the follow-ups from my call."
"What did I commit to on this call, and what still needs to happen?"
Playbook and criteria analysis
The playbook on your page is the standard your calls are measured against, and it shows how you are performing against each part of it. Click into any criterion, or any call, for a deeper analysis of what you did well and where you can score higher.
How Alpharun grades a call
Alpharun analyzes every call that comes through. It starts from the playbook instructions and establishes which sections apply and which do not. For the sections that apply, it uses the grading matrix co-created with your leadership team to analyze each criterion and assign a score. Alpharun then cross-references those scores against the outcome of the call and continuously optimizes the criteria toward the behaviors that actually drive results.
If your organization has not connected outcome data from your CRM, outcomes are inferred from the call itself and should not be treated as the source of truth for your numbers.
Calls: how you did on one customer conversation
Open the Calls tab and click a call. You get the overall grade for that conversation with the full playbook underneath. Click any criterion and the screen splits, with the analysis on the left and the transcript on the right. Click a quote and the transcript jumps to that moment so you can hear it.
Playbook criteria: how you are doing in one area across every call
Click a criterion from your playbook to see how you are performing on that single behavior across all of your calls in the date range you choose: your average and whether it is moving, the calls behind the number, and how teammates handle the same moment. This is the fastest way to work on your weekly coaching goal.
Giving feedback on grading
We know calls can be very dynamic, and there will be edge cases the playbook does not account for. When you hit one, click the small pencil icon next to the grade and leave clear feedback for your manager. Your playbook managers will review it and incorporate changes where needed.
