Slack Integration

Connect Slack so your Agents (Automations) can deliver reports as Slack direct messages or channel posts, alongside or instead of email.

You need permission to create integrations (available to Editors, or Custom roles granted integrations access). If you don't have it, ask an admin to connect Slack for your workspace.

1. Go to Settings → Integrations and find the Slack section.

2. Click Login with Slack.

3. In the Slack window that opens, choose your workspace and click Allow to authorize Alpharun.

4. Once connected, optionally pick a Default Slack channel for notifications. Choose a channel your team actually watches.

You can also connect Slack while setting up an Agent. In the Agent's Notifications → Delivery channel section, select Slack. If Slack isn't connected yet, a Connect Slack button appears - click it to run the same authorization flow, then return to finish configuring the Agent.

• If a recipient has no matching Slack account, that report falls back to email for them.

• If your interviews or reports may contain sensitive information, make sure your Slack workspace is approved to store it.
